Pecan Orange French Toast

4 Eggland's Best eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup orange juice concentrate
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup finely ground pecans
1/8 teaspoon vanilla
1/8-teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
10 1-inch-thick slices of French bread
Garnish:
Unsalted butter
Maple syrup
Powdered sugar

In a shallow bowl, beat together eggs, orange juice concentrate, milk, pecans, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Dip bread into egg mixture, coating both sides (soak for 30 seconds on each side). In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon butter and cook the read on both sides over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden. Serve with butter, syrup, or powdered sugar.
