All eggs produced and processed by Morning
fresh Farms and distributed to our customers are the freshest, quality
assured eggs in the market.
Our Quality Assurance and Food Safety Programs
include:
- A full Hazard Analysis
Critical Control Points (HACCP) Program in place and monitored.
- Extensive avian disease Prevention
and Testing Programs.
- A Resident USDA Grader
/ Inspector; Unlike most agricultural industries, egg farms
are not required by the United States Department of Agriculture
to have a grader on sight during processing. Although completely
voluntary, we believe having a resident USDA grader is integral
to the quality assurance process. The grader inspects our eggs
for interior and exterior qualities and ultimately verifies the
grade as AA, A, or B. (Grade AA is highest in quality) Visit www.usda.gov

- 100% In-Line Facility
which allows for immediate processing, grading, packaging and
refrigeration of eggs just laid. The processed eggs are distributed
shortly there after.
- A Comprehensive Bio-security
plan to ensure safety of our birds, employees and eggs.
- NO tolerance for
the use of growth hormones or stimulants. Neither Morning
Fresh Farms nor the U.S. egg industry sees any value in the use
of these.
